hey, it's Chris here

So a few months ago, I got an idea:

What if we can use image-to-video AI models like Kling or WAN to replicate viral TikTok video formula micro-influencers use to promote products?

My friends that work as marketers for startups told me people spend at least $200 on influencer videos. Not to mention time spent on revisions, editing, and publishing.

I scrolled TikTok for weeks to find high-engagement videos - turns out 90% could be replicated with AI.

Basically, I did market research the same way devs debug:

stare at the screen until something makes sense.

After 2 months of prompt engineering, data gathered from TikTok, and of course...hours spent on debugging why AWS lambda timeout with Remotion library, I created Rylee.

And it works this way:

1. You pick an actor for your promo video. 2. You add a few clips with your product or app. 3. You save the final video and upload it to your TikTok or Youtube.

I've made a library of over 100+ actors with different themes like POV, lecture halls, bedroom, parking lot, in a car, you name it.

All of these themes are based on viral videos.

And just this week I found 5 more videos I'll turn into preset actors.

You can also create your own actor if you're a brand and want a specific character.

And since I saved a bunch of viral videos, I also trained claude-3.7 with reasoning on generating intro hooks (the text that appears on screen at the beginning of the video).

What's Next?

I'm actively working on adding more features like:

- Different layouts and video templates. - Generate product videos for you. - Auto-posting on TikTok and Youtube shorts. - Analytics so you know which UGC video performed the best. - TikTok Slideshows

And much more...

My Ask - Try it out and create your first AI video - Share your feedback - what features would make your workflow easier and of course BUGS - I'd love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out with questions, feedback, or just to chat about the future of UGC video creation.

Thanks for checking out Rylee Chris
